We’d like to give our special thanks to Active Lancashire for funding this latest fantastic project, helping to reduce social isolation and reconnect our communities. 27 tablets have been provided as a result of the funding, which will be delivered to residents in need across Blackpool over the next few months.

Pictured is our Community Activities Co-ordinator, Debbie Kerr, who delivered the first tablet to Don (also pictured), a previous resident of Blackpool Coastal Housing. Debbie helped Don to download a variety of apps and showed him how to access and use social platform ‘zoom’, to enable Don to join in the weekly quizzes that Debbie hosts.
