It’s all about communication

Communicating effectively with all our customers is very important to us and is something we want to get better at.

To help us do this we recently held a focus group with some of our Deaf residents to discuss the most effective communication methods and priorities and begin to plan how we can best provide service information in the future.

We were grateful for the feedback we received from our customers during the session and has given us some really useful ideas for the future.

We do appreciate we need to get better at communicating and this is something we are looking forward to the ways we can improve, so watch this space!
