Working together: our Customer Panel

Thanks to our Customer Panel members for a great meeting talking all things performance. Having heard from our Performance Manager at their last meeting, our members were geared up for an evening of number crunching.

As part of the meeting our members looked at key information, which helps to understand how well a service is performing.

Core services were looked at:

  • Repairs
  • ASB and Neighbourhoods
  • Complaints
  • Housing Management
