Works are currently being undertaken by Blackpool Coastal Housing’s Capital Works Team to redevelop resident accommodation at Sheltered Housing Scheme Dunsop Court. The properties had previously been difficult to let due to their studio design with combined living, dining and bedroom space. Coronavirus: New Social Distancing Measures Introduced

The Government has announced that from Monday 14th September, new rules regarding social distancing measures, which are enforceable by law, will come into effect. The key message is based on the ‘Rule of Six’ which means no one should meet in groups of more than six, indoors or outdoors, at home or elsewhere.
